Attending a SOURCE + SUMMIT RETREAT can be one of the most impacting weekends in which you will ever participate.  Please follow  the registration instructions carefully so that your registration will be complete upon receipt and will guarantee your reservation and quick entry into the retreat. Scholarships are available for those in need.

If you are under the age of 18,  please submit your registration form to the group leader at your parish.

You may also form your own group and submit your form with the  leader/chaperone of that group.

                                    DO NOT MAIL IN WITHOUT A GROUP LEADER OR CHAPERONE

If you are 18 or older please send your signed form directly to the address on the registration form.
